International Housing Finance Policy and Analyses Services for HUD

IFE Group was engaged to advise HUD on its efforts to educate emerging market countries on US housing and housing finance policies. IFE Group recruited and coordinated housing experts to prepare background papers that provided critical knowledge of the housing finance industry and its policies; organized several international conferences for the peer exchange of housing policy experiences; and identified specific channels to enhance HUD’s international collaboration efforts. IFE Group also directly participated and contributed to HUD’s activities in exchanging affordable housing finance policies with Canada, Mexico, Macau, Singapore, and other regions in the world. We also led the authorship of a series of white papers on US and foreign housing finance policies.
